Everything you need to know about the XRegulation Immersive Mastermind experience.
The XRegulation Immersive Mastermind is a five-week intensive virtual reality biofeedback program embedded within an intentionally small community designed to create embodied learning, deepen interoception, introduce nervous system awareness and capacity building, and explore and implement strategies for integrating the experience for lasting changes. It combines immersive virtual reality biofeedback, short daily at-home practices, and weekly facilitated group sessions.
This is an educational and experiential program, not therapy or medical treatment. It allows participants not only to experience the profound shift that can come with virtual reality biofeedback but to develop an understanding of the nervous system—their nervous system—and to build skills to be used throughout life as they continue to grow and change, and to be able to integrate each level of change in a meaningful and lasting way.
Virtual reality is used because it changes how the nervous system learns, not just what it learns.
The brain is always predicting what should happen, and VR breaks those expectations by creating a mismatch between what you see and what your body feels. That mismatch forces the nervous system to stop running on autopilot and use more of its resources.
As a result, communication between the brain, body, and sensory systems increases, leading to faster, deeper, embodied learning.
The goal isn't escape or entertainment—it's expanding capacity in a way that carries back into real life.
Many biofeedback tools provide numbers, graphs, or summaries after the fact. This experience is different because the feedback is real-time and experiential.
Participants see changes in their physiological state as they are happening, while they are engaged in the practice. This makes it easier to connect what they are doing internally with how their nervous system is responding, without having to interpret data later.
The emphasis is on learning and awareness, not tracking or optimizing metrics.
XRegulation is a unique biofeedback tool because it is embedded in virtual reality, which in and of itself increases learning by close to 300% over traditional biofeedback tools. Along with the mechanisms of virtual reality, we are able to train more aspects of heart rate variability rather than just focusing on coherence or just on resilience. We are able to focus on multiple domains of functioning simultaneously.
Most wearables collect HRV data passively and present it later as trends, averages, or daily scores. That information can be useful, but it is often disconnected from the moment-to-moment experience that created it.
In this program, HRV is used in real time, during a focused practice, with immediate visual feedback. Participants can see how their nervous system responds as they shift attention, breathe differently, or engage in a new way.
This turns HRV into a learning signal rather than just a number to review.
Not exactly.
Meditation practices and meditation apps can be very supportive for attention, reflection, and emotional awareness. This experience is different in that it provides objective physiological feedback while you are practicing, allowing you to see how your nervous system responds in real time.
Rather than relying only on internal observation, participants receive clear signals that help them notice what supports regulation and what does not. Many people find this makes it easier to translate insight into daily life, especially when things feel full or demanding.
This experience can complement meditation or other practices, but it is not a replacement for them.
Most participants will experience shifts such as greater awareness of how they are regulating, less self-judgment, more room to pause before reacting, and faster recovery after emotionally intense moments.
Through internal testing we have conducted, we have observed statistically significant measurable shifts across the nervous system over time, suggesting changes in how participants respond to stress and recovery. These findings are encouraging and continue to inform the design of the experience.
Individual results vary based on engagement, practice, and personal context.
Yes. There is strong, high-quality scientific evidence supporting the effectiveness of Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback (HRV-B). Multiple meta-analyses and systematic reviews—the highest levels of clinical evidence—show that HRV-B produces meaningful, measurable improvements across mental health, physical health, and performance domains.
Mental & emotional health: Large-scale analyses show HRV-B significantly reduces stress, anxiety, PTSD, and depressive symptoms, with effect sizes comparable to established psychological treatments and notably low dropout rates—especially in trauma-exposed populations.
Physical health: Research involving over 1,000 patients demonstrates benefits for cardiovascular health (including lowered blood pressure), improved asthma outcomes, reduced inflammation, and decreased chronic pain, with no significant adverse effects reported.
Performance & cognition: Studies also show improvements in attention, executive function, motor control, and performance in athletes, artists, and high-stress professionals.
Why it works: Physiological data shows HRV-B strengthens the baroreflex and autonomic regulation through resonance-frequency breathing. With repeated practice, this creates lasting neuroplastic changes that improve the body's ability to regulate stress and adapt under load.
In short, HRV biofeedback is not a relaxation technique—it is a scientifically validated, evidence-based intervention that improves physiological regulation and translates into real-world gains in health, performance, and capacity.
This experience provides feedback in two ways: in the moment and over time.
During each session, participants receive real-time visual feedback that reflects how their nervous system is responding. This allows you to see patterns as they happen and notice what supports regulation, focus, and recovery in real time.
Across the five weeks, participants often observe changes in how quickly they can access regulation, how their system recovers from stress, and how these patterns shift over time. Internal testing has shown measurable changes across the nervous system throughout the program.
This is a five-week experience designed as a complete and meaningful introduction on its own.
Daily practices are done at home and typically take between ten and fifteen minutes total. These are designed to fit into real life without adding another demanding routine.
In addition, there is one live group session each week. Sessions are recorded for participants who are not able to attend live.
For many people, these five weeks provide a clear foundation and a repeatable way forward. Some participants choose to continue building on this work afterward through longer-term offerings or deeper practice, while others find the five-week experience gives them what they need to integrate the learning on their own.
The overall time commitment is intentionally modest so the work can integrate naturally into daily life rather than requiring major schedule changes.
Participants engage in short at-home practices each day, typically taking between ten and fifteen minutes total. These include immersive biofeedback sessions, brief intention or gratitude practices, simple awareness check-ins, and short reflections.
The goal is integration into real life, not adding another demanding routine.
Participants meet weekly in a small cohort of no more than sixteen people for a live facilitated session.
These sessions support participants in integrating what they are noticing through the practices into real-life decisions related to parenting, leadership, work, and relationships. The focus is on reflection, integration, and supporting real shifts rather than performance or comparison.
Sessions are recorded for those who are not able to attend live.
The orientation session is an important part of setting up the experience well.
It introduces the technology, sets shared expectations, and helps establish a sense of safety and clarity within the community. Whenever possible, we encourage participants to attend live.
If you are not able to attend, a recording is provided so you can review the material. However, live attendance helps participants feel more grounded and connected as they begin the program.

Cameron leads the XRegulation Immersive Mastermind and facilitates the weekly group sessions, supporting participants as they integrate what they notice into real-world decisions and daily life.
This experience is designed to complement other forms of support, not replace them.
Many participants engage in this work alongside therapy, coaching, meditation, or other practices. Because the program focuses on awareness and experiential learning rather than treatment, it often integrates well with existing support structures.
Yes. Coaches participate in the experience to deepen their own understanding of nervous system patterns and regulation.

Many people notice subtle patterns rather than obvious symptoms. These can include feeling more reactive than you'd like, losing patience more quickly, checking out or reaching for distraction when things feel full, or feeling foggy or depleted even when life looks "fine" on the outside.
You might also notice that clarity and motivation come and go depending on how full your system feels, or that it takes more effort than it used to stay present, connected, or patient.
These experiences are often not personal failures or lack of discipline. They can be signs that the nervous system is carrying more load than it can comfortably process.
This experience helps participants become aware of how these patterns show up for them and explore more renewing ways of supporting their system before things tip into reactivity or shutdown.
That is completely okay. This experience is intentionally not for everyone.

No. XRegulation is not therapy and not a medical treatment.
XRegulation is an evidence-based educational and training program designed to help individuals understand and work with their nervous system using real-time physiological feedback. It focuses on building practical self-regulation skills and expanding internal capacity rather than diagnosing conditions or treating symptoms.
The platform uses validated biofeedback methodologies commonly studied in clinical and research settings, but the program itself is structured as applied learning, not psychotherapy or medical care. Participants are learning how to observe nervous system patterns, influence physiological states, and translate those insights into real-world decisions and behavior.
XRegulation can be used alongside therapy or medical care, but it does not replace either. Its role is to provide objective feedback, skill development, and nervous system literacy so individuals can better navigate stress, focus, and performance in everyday life.
Because this experience includes physical equipment, cohort placement, and access to live sessions, there are no refunds.
We want participants to feel confident in their decision before enrolling. If you have questions or want help deciding whether this experience is a good fit, we strongly encourage you to reach out before registering. Our team is happy to talk it through with you.
