Five-Week Immersive Program
A five-week introduction to nervous system awareness and capacity through immersive VR biofeedback, short daily practices, and guided group reflection.
What This Is
The Immersive Mastermind is a small group learning experience designed to introduce nervous system awareness through immersive VR biofeedback, short daily practices, and guided group reflection.
Participants use real-time physiological feedback to observe how stress, focus, emotional load, and pressure show up in their body—and begin practicing ways to stay present, clear, and aligned when life gets demanding.
This program provides a foundational introduction to nervous system awareness and capacity building.
"Not by telling people who to be—but by creating the conditions that allow them to evolve naturally."
Real changes in brain activity patterns, measured before and after the program.
Quantitative EEG reveals shifts in cortical activation patterns and neural coherence.
Elevated high-beta activity in frontal regions often indicates hypervigilance, rumination, or an overactive stress response. Dysregulated theta/beta ratios can reflect attention difficulties and emotional reactivity.
Normalized beta activity and improved coherence between brain regions suggest enhanced self-regulation capacity. Balanced alpha activity indicates improved calm-alert states.
Pupil dynamics reveal autonomic nervous system flexibility and cognitive load capacity.
Reduced pupillary light reflex (PLR) amplitude and slower constriction velocity often indicate sympathetic dominance—a nervous system stuck in "on" mode. Limited pupil variability suggests reduced autonomic flexibility.
Improved PLR metrics demonstrate enhanced parasympathetic tone and better autonomic balance. Increased pupil variability reflects a more adaptive, responsive nervous system.
Who This Is For
Adults who function well day to day but notice clarity, patience, or follow-through drop under pressure.
People who care deeply about family, work, and responsibility—and want practical tools rather than theory alone.
Those who notice themselves relying on habits like distraction, scrolling, overworking, or checking out to manage stress.
Anyone ready to learn more effective and genuinely rejuvenating ways to regulate.
Participants should be willing to engage in brief daily practice and reflection.
What You'll Do Each Day
Each day includes practices that strengthen awareness, focus, and nervous system capacity under real-world conditions.
Daily immersive biofeedback sessions strengthen awareness, focus, and nervous system capacity under load.
Morning intentions or gratitudes support motivation and clear decision-making.
Evening reflections help notice wins and meaningful moments, even on difficult days.
Daily awareness practices support catching reactions, avoidance, or loss of direction earlier.
Values and alignment check-ins invite reflection on whether choices supported intentional growth or were driven by pressure.
Daily time commitment: approximately 10–15 minutes
What You'll Do Each Week
Participants are part of a small cohort of no more than sixteen people, creating space for psychological safety, relational depth, and meaningful integration.
Each week includes one live group session where we work through real-world decisions related to parenting, leadership, work, and relationships—supported through facilitated discussion and shared reflection.
What's Included
Access to Neuro Progeny's immersive biofeedback platform
Immersive sessions with HRV-based physiological insights
Guided program hosted in the Neuro Progeny community
One required session to set up equipment and expectations
Weekly sessions recorded if you cannot attend live
Connection with your cohort throughout the program
A VR headset and HRV armband are provided for use during the program with a refundable $300 equipment deposit.
What You'll Leave With
Clear identified areas of life to focus on over the next six months
Clarity around why each area matters and simple ways to stay aligned when motivation dips or pressure rises
A small set of personal "rocks"—actions chosen for durability rather than intensity, designed to work when life gets busy
Tools to recognize pressure before it derails decisions, ways to reset motivation without shame, and systems that support follow-through under real-world stress
More clarity when decisions matter most
Motivation that lasts beyond the initial push
Less self-judgment when things get hard
The ability to grow in areas that matter without burning out
